For more than 25 years, Terry Traktman has advised and represented small businesses and individuals in Marin County, the Bay Area and throughout California. Traktman has experience in a wide range of legal fields, including Estate Planning and Administration, Civil Litigation and Appeals, Land Use and Real Property, Business and Corporate Law, Class Actions and Constitutional Law.
Since graduating from University of San Francisco Law School in 1984, Traktman has advised hundreds of clients, drafting and reviewing estate and contract documents, coordinating transactions, creating business entities, administering estates, and representing clients in litigation in both State and Federal courts, including arguing before the Courts of Appeal and California Supreme Court.
